Lets Goa acts solely as a facilitator, providing an online platform for users to select and book hotels and experiences. The term "hotels" includes various types of accommodations such as hotels, home-stays, bed and breakfasts, farmhouses, villas, apartments, and alternative lodgings.

Information and Liability
All information related to the hotel & experiences including images, amenities, and services, is provided by the hotel & experience service provider is for reference purposes only. Any discrepancies between the hotel's actual settings and those depicted on Lets Goa’s platform should be addressed directly with the hotel. Lets Goa is not responsible for resolving such issues and bears no liability for discrepancies.

Policies and Booking Terms

• Lets Goa is not liable for service failures, booking denials, or quality issues at the hotel. In case of overbooking or system errors, Lets Goa may either provide alternate accommodations (subject to availability) or refund the booking amount.
• Hotels reserve the right to deny admission, and Lets Goa has no control over such decisions. Policies such as restrictions on unmarried couples, local residents, or insufficient proof of identity may result in denial of check-in. No refunds will be issued in these cases.

User Responsibilities

• Users are liable for any damages caused to the hotel property by themselves or their accompanying guests. The amount of damage will be determined by the hotel, and Lets Goa will not intervene.
• The primary guest must be at least 18 years old and must present valid identification at check-in. Hotels have the right to deny check-in if proper identification is not provided.
• Check-in and check-out times are determined by the hotel’s policies, and any changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Additional Charges

• The booking amount covers the stay and, where applicable, meals as confirmed during booking. Any additional services (e.g., laundry, room service, internet) used at the hotel are payable directly to the hotel.
• Hotels may charge a mandatory surcharge during festive periods such as Christmas or New Year's Eve. These charges must be paid directly at the hotel, and Lets Goa has no authority to waive them.

Payment for Bookings and Additional Fees

• Hotel and experience bookings are subject to the availability and terms displayed on the Lets Goa platform.
• The total booking amount, including taxes, service fees, and any applicable booking or convenience fees, is paid at the time of booking.
• Some banks may charge additional fees for international transactions, and users are advised to consult their bank regarding any such charges.
• Hotels may request a credit card or cash deposit upon check-in for additional expenses. This deposit is separate from any payment made to Lets Goa.

Third-Party Websites

• The Lets Goa platform may contain links to third-party websites. Lets Goa does not control these websites and is not responsible for their content or any risks associated with their use.
• Lets Goa does not endorse any third-party websites or advertisers and is not responsible for errors or omissions on these external sites.

Lets Goa assumes no liability for any inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in the information provided by hotels, service providers, or third-party websites. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all information related to their bookings.
