Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellation Window: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled booking to receive a refund.
  • Refund After 48 Hours: No refunds after the 48-hour window. Refunds will be processed via online payment and may take up to 15 working days.
  • Service Quality Complaints: A full refund may be issued if a complaint is substantiated after an inquiry.
  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only issued in cases of service failure, and the decision of management is final.
  • Refund Limit: Refunds will not exceed the paid amount. A 50% charge applies for cancellations.
  • Exclusions: Discounted amounts and extra credits are non-refundable.
