Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Window: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled booking time to be eligible for a refund.

  • No Refund After 48 Hours: Once the 48-hour window has passed, no refunds will be issued. Refunds will be processed via online payment methods and may take up to 15 working days. If you do not receive your refund within this time, please contact your bank.

Refund Conditions:
Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

  • The booking was canceled in accordance with the policy.
  • The service was not delivered (excluding cases where the recipient was unavailable).
  • A complaint about service quality is verified and substantiated.

Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are only available in cases of service failure. The decision of management will be final.

Refund Amount:
The refund will not exceed the amount paid for the service. A 50% cancellation fee applies. No refunds will be issued for discounted or exempted amounts.

Exclusions:
Any extra credits applied to your account for booking enhancement are non-refundable.

Final Decision:
All matters related to cancellations and refunds are at the discretion of management.
