    • Cancellation Policy

    In the event that we initiate cancellations due to overbooking or any other reason, the full booking amount will be refunded to the respective client.

    For client-initiated cancellations, the following cancellation charges will apply:

    • 15 days or more prior to the scheduled check-in or trip: 10% of the booking value will be charged as a cancellation fee.
    • Between 15 to 7 days prior to the scheduled check-in or trip: 50% of the booking value will be charged as a cancellation fee.
    • Between 7 to 3 days prior to the scheduled check-in or trip: 75% of the booking value will be charged as a cancellation fee.
    • Within 72 hours prior to check-in or trip: No refund will be provided.

    Refunds will be processed to the same account from which the payment was debited. For cash deposits, the refund will be credited to the account that matches the ID details provided at the time of booking.
