    • Cancellation Policy

    In the event we initiate cancellations due to overbooking or any other reason, the full amount will be refunded to the respective client.

    For client-initiated cancellations, the following charges will apply:

    • 15 days or more before the scheduled check-in or trip: 10% of the booking value will be charged as cancellation fees.
    • Between 15 to 7 days prior to the scheduled check-in or trip: 50% of the booking value will be charged as cancellation fees.
    • Between 7 to 3 days prior to the scheduled check-in or trip: 75% of the booking value will be charged as cancellation fees.
    • Within 72 hours before check-in or trip: No refund will be provided.

    Refunds will be processed to the same account from which the payment was debited. For cash deposits, the refund will be credited to the account matching the ID details provided at the time of booking.
