    • Cancellation Policy

    In the event we initiate cancellations due to overbooking or any other reason, the full booking amount will be refunded to the respective client.

    For client-initiated cancellations, the following charges will apply:

    • 15 days or more before scheduled check-in or trip: A cancellation charge of 10% of the booking value.
    • Between 15 to 7 days before scheduled check-in or trip: A cancellation charge of 50% of the booking value.
    • Between 7 to 3 days before scheduled check-in or trip: A cancellation charge of 75% of the booking value.
    • Within 72 hours before check-in or trip: No refund will be provided.

    Refunds will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made. For cash deposits, the refund will be credited to the account matching the ID details provided at the time of booking.
