Cancellation Policy

1. Payment:

• Reservation Confirmation: Secure your booking by paying a required amount via our secure payment gateway. Payment info (credit card, etc.) is needed.
• Authorization: By providing payment details, you authorize us to charge the agreed amount, including taxes and service fees.
• Currency: Prices are displayed in the selected currency; currency conversion fees may apply.
• Zero Booking Option: Book without paying upfront, but partial/full payment is due 7 days before the service.

2. Cancellation & Refunds:

• Cancellation Fees:
  • 30+ days before service: Full refund minus processing fees.
  • 15-30 days before service: 50% cancellation fee.
  • 7-15 days before service: 75% cancellation fee.
  • Less than 7 days: 100% cancellation fee.
• Refunds: Processed within 7-10 business days, after deduction of applicable charges.
• Weather Cancellations: May be non-refundable or partially refundable.
• Non-Refundable Bookings: Some reservations are non-refundable as specified during booking.

3. Changes & Modifications:

• Reservation Changes: Modify your booking by contacting customer support. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur fees.
• Price Differences: Additional costs or refunds may apply based on changes to the reservation.

4. Communication:

• Ensure accurate contact details for booking updates, confirmations, and notifications.

5. Liability & Insurance:

• Liability: We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including payment or cancellation issues.
• Travel Insurance: Recommended to protect against unforeseen cancellations and risks.
