  • Cancellation Window: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the booking to be eligible for a refund.
  • Post-48 Hours: No refund after the 48-hour window. Refunds will be processed within 15 working days.
  • Refund Conditions: Refunds apply if the booking was canceled, or not delivered (excluding recipient issues), or if service quality complaints are verified.
  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only for service failures. Management's decision is final.
  • Refund Limit: Refunds will not exceed the amount paid. A 50% charge applies for cancellations.
  • Exclusions: No refund on discounted amounts or extra credits. Any extra credits can be used for booking enhancements, not refunded.
  • Final Decision: All cancellations and refunds are at the discretion of management.
