Cancellation Policy
Any cancellations of bookings must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled access time to claim a refund of the paid amount. No refund will be issued once the 48-hour window has passed.
Refunds will be initiated through an online payment method and will take up to 15 working days. If you do not receive your refund within this period, please contact your bank for assistance.
Cancellation Process:
Cancellations must be requested via email with the subject: "Cancellation Request" and sent to [email address]. The email should include the following details:
- Booking ID
- Cancellation Reason
- Refund Account Details
The cancellation process will begin once the formal request is received.
Refund Conditions:
- A refund is applicable if the booking was cancelled.
- A refund will be issued if the booking was not delivered to the recipient (excluding cases of an unfound recipient).
- In case of complaints regarding service quality, an inquiry will be conducted. If the issue is confirmed, a full refund will be provided.
- Refunds can only be requested in case of service failure. Our team will evaluate if the booking qualifies for a refund, and the decision of management will be final. The refund amount cannot exceed the amount paid by the customer and will not cover any losses or claims beyond that amount.
- In the case of cancellation, a 50% charge will apply.
- Any discounted or exempted amount is not eligible for a refund.
- Extra amounts credited to the account may be used for booking enhancement but will not be refunded.
General Terms:
- In all matters concerning cancellations and refunds, the final decision will rest with the management.
- The policy may be amended periodically, and if there are any significant changes regarding the use of personal information, customers will be notified via email or website announcement.
