    Cancellation Policy


    Cancellations by Customer (the Charterer):

    • Refund: Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to your charter departure date will receive the amount after 10% deduction of the amount paid.

    • No Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of your departure date will forfeit the entire charter cost.


    • Full Refund: You will receive a full refund of the amount paid for your charter.

    • Reschedule: We will work with you to reschedule your charter for a mutually agreeable date. If the rescheduled charter is for a lesser value than your original booking, we will provide a refund for the difference.

    • This cancellation policy applies to all cancellations, regardless of reason.
